("LaunchPush," "we," "us" or "our"), a marketing agency headquartered at 225 Carlaw Avenue, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M4M 2S1, Canada (Business Number 847291563 RC0001), collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information in the course of operating the launchpush.pro website and providing launch strategy, creative and go-to-market services to clients. This policy is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation in Ontario.

• Consent records: a record that you checked the PIPEDA consent box on our contact form, along with a timestamp, so we can demonstrate that consent was given for a specific submission.
• Correspondence: information you provide in email, phone or in-person conversations once an enquiry becomes a discussion or engagement, including launch dates, category details and business information relevant to a proposed go-to-market push.
• Client engagement information: where an enquiry becomes a paid engagement, we collect billing details, signatory information and any additional business information required to deliver launch strategy, creative or channel choreography services.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health data, government identification numbers (beyond what is required for invoicing under Canadian tax rules), or financial account details through this website directly.

3. How we use personal information

We use the personal information described above only for purposes connected to operating LaunchPush and delivering our services, including:

• Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form, by email or by phone, including routing enquiries to the appropriate strategist based on the subject selected (launch review, new engagement, retainer/partnership, or a general inquiry).
• Scheduling and conducting launch review calls and subsequent discovery conversations.
• Preparing proposals, client briefs, contracts and invoices for engagements clients choose to proceed with.
• Delivering contracted marketing agency services, including launch strategy, positioning, messaging systems, launch creative systems, channel choreography, day-zero playbooks and post-launch measurement.
• Maintaining internal records for accounting, tax compliance and business administration under Canadian law.
• Understanding, in aggregate, how the launchpush.pro website is used, where analytics cookies have been accepted, to improve page content and structure.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information collected through this website to train third-party AI models, and any AI marketing tools used internally to draft research briefs or campaign copy for our own or client work operate on business and category research, not on personal information submitted through our contact form.

4. Legal basis and consent

Where our contact form requests consent — specifically, the "consent_pipeda" checkbox — that checkbox is not pre-checked, and submission of the form is blocked until it is actively checked by the person submitting the enquiry. This is a deliberate design choice: we do not rely on pre-ticked boxes or bundled consent for the collection of enquiry information. For established client relationships, ongoing use of information is based on the contractual necessity of delivering the agreed marketing retainer or launch engagement.

You may withdraw consent for non-essential communications (for example, marketing updates about LaunchPush itself) at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect information we are required to retain for legal, tax or contractual reasons.

5. How long we retain information

Contact form enquiries that do not proceed to an engagement are retained for up to twenty-four months, after which they are deleted unless a shorter period is requested. Client engagement records, including contracts and invoices, are retained for the period required under Canadian tax and corporate record-keeping obligations, generally a minimum of six years from the end of the relevant tax year. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser for six months, after which the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.

6. Who has access to your information

Personal information submitted to LaunchPush is accessed by our senior strategists and administrative staff on a need-to-know basis. We work with a small number of service providers to operate this website and our business, including:

• Web hosting and email delivery providers, who process form submissions and route them to our inbox.
• Accounting and invoicing software providers, for client engagements.
• Where explicitly agreed with a client, subcontracted specialists (for example, a media buyer for a specific channel) who may need limited access to campaign-relevant business information, not personal information about individual enquiry submitters.

We require that any third-party service provider handling personal information on our behalf maintain protections consistent with this policy and with PIPEDA.

7. Cross-border data storage

Some of the infrastructure and software tools we use to operate this website and manage client communication may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, depending on the hosting and service providers involved. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to work with providers who maintain privacy and security standards comparable to Canadian requirements. Under PIPEDA, you generally have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and ask questions about how your information has been used or disclosed.
